SJ PermaSkin Beauty cancellation policy
We understand that life’s unexpected events may require you to reschedule or cancel your spa appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 48hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
2. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
3.Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full service.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened services or cancellation appointment depend on the services booked to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
4. Credit Card Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to secure appointments for new clients. The card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.
7. Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
